Sorry I've been MIA as late -
Sorry I've been MIA as late - the second year of med school started and we have been busier than ever! They just threw us right into our classes / books auto insurance quotes. This past week has been orientation for the M1's (first years), and we got our little sibs - I have 2 little sibs. So this past week was actually one big party with the M1s and M2s so we could get to know our little sibs (mine are both awesome) and catch up with people that we haven't seen all summer. We had class outings to a baseball game commercial mortgage, a bar crawl, several house parties, and a cookout all last week. This week (and those following... for the rest of the year) is all work, though. Now, sorry to make this post all grumpy, especially after I've been gone for over a week mobile homes for sale, but I have had the worst day! I was taking Ambien to help me fall asleep, but after several tries with it, I have realized that it is definitely not for me - it makes me nauseous at night and in the morning, it leaves me in a fog the next morning, and I still don't fall asleep for several hours after taking it. I was just miserable this morning from the effects. Oh, and I've called my doctor at least 5 times (over the past 2 weeks), talked to her nurse 3 times, and she still hasn't called me back. Also, I have a MacBook - I love my MacBook, I've used Macs my entire life. Unfortunately, our school's IT department knows nothing about Macs and they are making all Mac users get antivirus software before they will let us get on the school's wireless. Hellooo cheap travel insurance, Macs just do not get viruses or malware. But whatever - I went online and read reviews on Mac antivirus programs and found one that looked good (I think it was Intego). I asked them if this would be good, since it's actually made for Macs. NOOO it must be McAfee or Norton, nothing else. Thanks for telling me sooner. McAfee just doesn't work for crap on Macs, I don't think you can even buy it for personal use. I've read horrible things about Norton slowing Macs down to a crawl/corrupting hard drives/ sending macs into constant kernel panics/ etc... Seriously, I want to use my computer online at school without screwing it up, thanks. What's more, I'm doing a research project with a department at school and I'm working with another girl and I feel like I'm doing all of the start up work by myself, which takes time away from studying for school, so it's really frustrating.
